Shipping Policies and Information

To ensure maximum quality of wine deliveries, shipments may be held during periods of high or low temperatures. If you want your wine shipped faster, you have the option of choosing an expedited service level. Shipping rates will be determined and displayed prior to checkout.

Due to various state laws, we can only ship wine to the states that appear in the selection box on the order form. If you do not see your state, please contact us directly, as we may be able to add it in the future.

It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that their shipping and billing information is correct. The purchaser will be responsible for paying any additional shipping charges incurred due to misdirected packages.

All alcoholic beverages are sold in California, and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wine into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcoholic beverages. By placing an order you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.

Age Verification

We require you to verify that you are the legal age of 21 to order our wines. We also pay extra to our shipping carrier to add the Adult Signature option, and then the carrier verifies the age of the recipient when delivering the package.

The prices for all our products are in U.S. Dollars. Shipments made within California are subject to California sales tax.
