Plump, full bodied, and involved are great descriptors for this wine. A deep ruby red and crimson color is complimented by an aroma of black currant, cherry garcia, and for those sweets fans, raspberry chocolate cheesecake. With tastes of vanilla, hickory and an earthy velvety tobacco finish, this is a great red meat pairing wine. Lamb, prime rib, bison, or anything seasoned with rosemary and pepper makes a great choice.
